I have SCOM SP1 installed on a Windows 2008 server with SQL 2005. I cannot get SCOM reporting to install. I have seen two errors. The first error is in the prerequisite check and it claims that ASP.NET 2.0 is not installed. When I tried to install the ASP.NET 2.0 download, the message was that it was already part of the OS. The second error I am getting is a "SRS error" at the end of the reporting installer wizard. I have tried:

Selecting all of the role services under IIS except FTP and CGI
aspnet_regiis.exe –i –enable
I uninstalled and reinstalled aspnet
I reset the permissions on SCOM and SQL to explicitly give the action account full control
I made the action account a dbo on the OpsMrg DB and gave it sysadmin rights
I have tried the install with different credentials

Any other ideas?
