Hi, I am having issues after I moved a sms 2003 primary server to new hardware. Everything is working as should be apart from a couple of error messages. My SQL server is 2005 and is located on remote hardware I am using advanced security. My SQL Server Account is a SQL account. This error will appear every minute and eventually cause the server to fall over! I have configured the ODBC data source as a system DSN and have tried using Windows Authentication and SQL server authentication which both seem to work ok. Please see error messages below, any help would be appreciated, thanks. Microsoft SQL Server reported SQL message 297, severity 16: [42000][297][Microsoft][ODBC SQL Server Driver][SQL Server]The user does not have permission to perform this action. *** DBCC SQLPERF(LOGSPACE) SMS_SITE_SYSTEM_STATUS_SUMMARIZER 04/08/2008 18:10:00 2772 (0x0AD4) *** [42000][297][Microsoft][ODBC SQL Server Driver][SQL Server]The user does not have permission to perform this action.
