I have experienced this issue a number of times and what I have used to get around it (as I haven't found the solution as yet) is the following, reboot the computer rebuild the mmc console used the console on another machine. For some strange reason, after awhile the issue just corrects itself (maybe next day). It wasn't enough impact to spend the necessary time to troubleshoot and considering the HelpDesk and other tech's had no problems with there consoles, it just seems that one person would have this issue every now and then. The reason I am in this thread at the moment, it is a number of tech's having the same issue and now I need a solution. Did any of you get this to work? Please advise.
