Hi,
We have a rather complicated SMS infrastructure, and we're running into problems when installed the advanced client. When we set the sitecode to auto in the installer, this causes us issues where clients are being installed out of bounds. This happens because we have different primary servers managing clients at different physical sites in the same AD OU.

We prestage our computer objects into SMS, so I was curious if anyone had experience with any VBScript(WSH) that could query the SMS database to determine the SMSSiteCode for a given computer object.

We broke our primaries up by Domain, so we assign our sitecodes based on domain names. Our startup scripts state: If you are in Domain A set sitecode to 001 and if you are Domain B set SiteCode to 002.... and so on.
