Hi

i am able to install SMS client on a XP machine and i am able to discover the site code using Discover button in Advanced tab of System Management Propertied on the XP machine.

My SMS server is on: windows 2003 server

My SMS client is on: windows XP

Now my questions are...

1. I was unable to see my XP machine on SMS server (I am not sure how can i add my XP machine and where to check whether my Xp machine is added as client???)

2. I want to send some setup file from Server to client (XP machine). How to do this?
i know i have to create package and advertisement, but i want to know details of it.

3. I want this setup file to be installed on the client. What are the exact steps that i am supposed to follow???
