I'm trying to get the SMS hierarchy diagram to work within our Ops Manager 2007 SP1 installation.

We are running an extensive SMS 2003 SP3 estate with SCOM agents deployed to the main site servers. The latest SMS 2003 Management Pack is installed. The agents are configured to act as proxies and I've even set FQDN values for each site server within the Site System properties on SMS.

Has anyone any other ideas about how I can get this Ops Manager view to work?
