I try to implement SNMP-Generated Alerts in SCOM 2007, installed on Windows Server 2008. It works fine on a SCOM-Installation on Windows Server 2003, but I dont receive the Alerts on my Windows Server 2008 installation. Do you have any idea?

Did you open up SNMP (TCP port 161) in the windows firewall?
