I am testing SCCM SP1 in my lab and found this interesting issue. My lab is configured as follows. Central Site at SCCM RTMSecondary Site at SCCM RTM I upgraded the Central Site to SCCM SP1 with no issues. After the upgrade of the central site I went to the console and right clicked on the site and chose Upgrade Secondary Site. I choose the appropriate Seconadry site and followed the wizard. I chose the option to do a network install. It errors out in the HMan.Log file with the following error. Site <Secondary Site> has not run the setup prerequisite checking without errors in the past seven days, it cannot be upgraded to SMS Version 4 I was able to get around this issue by running Setup on the secondary site and having it pass the prerequiste checking portion of setup and then cancelling setup. I then went back to the Central site and redid the Secondary push and it upgraded successfully. So apprently you need to run the prerequisite check on all secondary sites prior to upgrading them if the are at RTM. If this is so then it stinks if you have dozens of secondary sites. I have put a call into Microsoft and will udpate this thread when I find the answer.
