I would like to know if Server protect 5.58 can be upgraded to 5.7? If yes then can this upgrade take place on the same server on which the 5.58 is installed? or is there a document that we can follow?
Any sort of help will be really appreciated.
Thanks in advance.

I believe it should be able to.  You could also do a parallel install on a different server then MOVE the clients from the old to the new server, but an in-place upgrade would be the fastest and best way to handle that, if it is anything like Office Scan that is.  We use serverprotect and officescan but I do not manage the serverprotect side, our file server team does that.  Here is a doc on how ot upgrade TO 5.58 but it should apply in your case as well.

The readme file documentation states that you will need to remove the current installation first before installing 5.7.  This is stated in both the Installation section & the known issues section of the document (http://www.trendmicro.com/ftp/documentation/readme/SPNT_5.7_EN_GM_B1012_REPACK1_Readme.txt).

Cheers
Ian
