I am at a client site, where they are having issues with SUP. When a package is deployed to them, the test group of users are not seeing any updates available. Within the reports, the ones not seeing anything are getting this error:

I found online that code is related to this error:
0x8024401B -2145107941 SUS_E_PT_HTTP_STATUS_PROXY_AUTH_REQ Http status 407 - proxy authentication required
I have found some sites discussing this issue, and tie it to upper case FQDN.
The server in question was put in as all upper case. I have made changes as prescribed in the posts I found online, but still not getting these problem machines to take their updates.
Any suggestions?
