maybe a stupid question but in SMS2003, you had the possibility to run a package program with the software installation account ... now in SCCM, i dont see that option anymore.  Does this mean that this possibility is gone or is it been replace by some other method or something?
Can someone please advice me on this one?

Thx

The Software Installation Account was only used for legacy clients.  Since SCCM no longer supports legacy clients the option was removed.

You may have checked the setting in SMS2003 thinking it was doing something for you advanced client, but it wasn't.  The advanced clients use the localsystem account and the network access account to perform its tasks.
