Some of my clients (mostly laptops) are pulling an old source version (13 instead of the current 19) for one of my packages. From one of the clients I tried doing a repair of the client and that did not seem to help. I am able to ping the local distribution point and the clients are in different locations accessing various distribution points. I'm not having much luck finding a common theme.  The clients appear to have one error in common which is in the execmgr.log they show the error "Content Available ignoring update with no DPs for content request ID {ID_REMOVED}" Any ideas? Or what other things should I do to troubleshoot?

Thanks!

Usually this message means that your clients can't either access a DP where the actual version 19 is available or this version is not available on the DP they're accessing. This could be an issue when using protected DPs or boudaries are not defined correctly. I sometimes had an issue where packages got stuck on their way to the DPs, so the new version was available on some of them, but not all. Check out your package status on all DPs for this package, if it's deployed properly. Sometimes, it'll help just to do an update of all DPs, so the version would increase to 20 and all DPs should get refreshed.
