I have about 9500 systems in my site. About 6500 are reporting update status but all have Windows Update Agent 7.1.6001.65, but we noticed that on ones that are not reporting, we can re-install Windows Update Agent 3 with the /wuforce and it fixes the issue.

I am looking for a way to create a collection of systems that are not scanning against the WSUS server so I can re-install the Windows Update engine to resolve this issue all at once.

I was able to use the troublshooting reports to get a list of systems and re-install Windows Update Agent 3 that way.
The report is using a view called v_UpdateScanStatus. Does anyone know how I can create a collection based on this data?
