I am having an issue with task sequences. Tasks created are not showing up at down level sites. Has anyone seen this or have any ideas on where to start looking?

Have you tried making a change to the task sequence? This should force an update to happen. It could be possible that the last update didn't make it there. Give that a try and let me know.
