Hi everyone,

I was wondering if there is any program that I can use on the network for receiving messages, organising for techncal support. For example if one of client have some techncial issues and need IT person. Client will ask online (Trough network) and when I check my list from server room, according to queue I will go and will finish the job. Is there any program like that?

I believe you are referring to "Help Desk Software".  Search for that phrase, and you'll get tons of hits.  In general, the good ones are usually reflected in their price (naturally).  I've used a few different ones, and they all have their good points and bad points; so I'm not going to make any recommendations.  Besides, I've always been "just a user" of the software, not involved in the planning & implementation.

Looks like this web site may be a good resource; but I simply found it through a google search.  For all I know, it might be vendor-sponsored & biased.

Thanks very much. Yes you were right I was using wrong phrases. I installed many help desk program since 2 days and as you said really hard to decide. I liked one of them but it has annual subcription and so expensive.. All the best
