We have some client buying voice recorder. As they are not local admin they need a particular software to use it properly. We found many company are selling many model of voice recorder so installing and maintaining so many model might be a problem. Is a standard software to use those voice recoder existing?Is it possible to use voice recorder without installing a software?Is it a simple way to make the use of voice recorder easiest?

Personally, I have never used a voice recorder, but my understanding is that some will record directly to WAVs. You should then be able to just plug it in to a USB port, as you would a flash drive, and copy off the files you created. An example would be the Transcend T.Sonic series...
