I know that Ron Crumbaker will be soon releasing the Web Essentials Tools, but I already have the Web Remote Tools 3.21 up and running on sms 2.0 with windows 2000 server.
After Upgrading to Windows 2003 Server + SCCM, the only party that IS NOT working is the advertisements drop down, it's giving me "Access Denied" error. If I run the web tool with a user that is part of the local Win2003 server Administrators Group, everything works great.
Obviously W2K3 Server has more restriction than Wk2 Server.
So, my question is: How can I fix this problem without adding the user to the local administrators group?

For those who have the same problem the solution is to "Allow Launch and Activation Permissions under Dcom".

Start > Run > dcomcnfg > Componets Services > Computers > Right Click My Computer > Properties > COM Security Tab > Edit Limits
