i did the 70-649 exam (and passed it) before i finished my MCSE.

The transcript confirms that i passed the 70-649 (no technology specialist credentials)

I just finished my MCSE last monday...but still no technology specialist credentials.

I even did the server administrator 70-646 and passed the exam.

...still no MCITP 2008 server administrator...

am i just too impatient??? or do i hv to retake the upgrade exam???

70-646 = Pro: Windows Server 2008, Server Administrator
70-649 = Technology Specialist: Upgrading Your MCSE on Windows Server 2003 to Windows Server 2008, Technology Specialist

No you should not have to retake either exam, however you might need to talked to MS if you had not passed your MCSE before your passed the 70-649.
