i need to have a script that change a fixed ip adress into a dhcp adress

Try these:

These use WMI so you can run them remotely if you like directly on the client (without having to advertise it). Modify the strComputer variable.

Or use the Netsh.exe command line utility: http://technet.microsoft.com/en-gb/library/bb490943.aspx. You could wrap this up in a script (batch file will do) and advertise it to your clients.
