Does VMWare do OS Streaming like Citrix?

We evaluated VMWare and Citrix XenDesktop.  The boss wants me to include in my writeup that VMWare does not do OS streaming.  I've read the VMWare site and cannot find anything that says that they do.  The closest I saw was VMWare ACE.
 
Can anyone confirm that VMWare does not offer OS streaming.  I.e., network boot, pull down image, cache it, run locally, pull down delta when updated?

I spoke to the VMWare rep and he verified that it does not do desktop streaming.
