Data gathering for Distribution Point Sharing fails

Hello I am attemting to share 2007 DPs with new 2012 environment but the data gathering phase fails. The migmctrl.log shows that the Dp is eligible but then hits the error below. So far I have not found a "Display Name" that is empty so I am not sure what it is referring to. Thanks ERROR: [Worker]: System.InvalidOperationException: Column 'DisplayName' does not allow DBNull.Value

This problem was in the properties of our boundaries. The “Description” box was empty. Apparently something must be entered in that box in order to Share DPs. It is not required to successfully migrate boundaries by themselves. Only when boundaries are migrated as part of the Data Gathering Process for DP Sharing. Notice the error refers to “Display Name” cannot be Null – No mention of “Description” cannot be Null.
