Duplicate entries of Patches in Software Update in SMS2003

Software Updates record in SMS console showing duplicate entries of various patches (majorly for .Net framework). ?Unique Update ID is different but Qnumber and every other thing is same. For example. MS12-034 KB2656407 is showing twice for product Windows XP and description is also same i.e Securty Update for Microsoft .Net Framework 3.0 SP2 on Windows Server 2003 and Windows XP x86 (KB2656407). Similarly there are many duplicate entries. For same version of .Net i.e. for 3.0 SP2 two entries are there with same Qnumber same description same number of machines it is applicable on but with diffrerent Unique Update ID. Please help
