My dell management pack is causing some WMI errors Ive never seen before.  Rules from the State Monitoring and Service Discovery are causing these errors (check links) on a few servers.  If I disable the State Monitoring and Service Discovery, the errors stop.

These errors started almost immediately when I deployed the MOM agents to a select group of servers.  I've done some research and found that it is related to Dell Open Manage MP.  Here's what I did to resolve:

-Replaced Dell MP w/ ver 2.1
-Confirmed OPen Manage on agent machine is 4.5
-Tried a repair of Dell OpenManage on agent machine
-Completely uninstalled and reinstalled Open Manage with 4.5
-rebooted agent machine
-stopped and started MOM services on MGMT server
-tried to use winmgmt.exe /syncperf

Nothing has worked.  I'm confused because it works fine on most machines with the exact same configuration (OpenManage) So why do some work and others have problems??
Any words of advice would be greatly appreciated!!

Had a issue like this,  fix was.
Remove the MOM agent and the Helper object.
Reboot
Remove DELL OpenManage.
Reboot
Clean up directory structure and registry settings that might be left behind.
Install SNMP
Install The latest OpenManage for this system (obtain from the DELL support web site).
Ensure that OpenManageistalls and is working on the local system.
Reboot
Install MOM
