We've upgraded an SMS 2003 test site to SCCM SP1 beta.  That install went fine.  Now we're installing R2  Beta.  Setup bombs out with an error

"'Setup was unable to create collection(s).  Verify that your account has create rights on the collection class"

Our acct. has rights to create collections, has anybody else had this problem?  Is there any other reason we might be seeing this error?

What does the configmgrsetup.log say?
