Kixtart to VBScript

We are currently using Kixtart as our login script editor. All our logon scripts are in kixtart. We are looking to consolidate our various departmental logon scripts and create a new common script. Should we migrate our scripts to VBscript? I know Kixtart has been here since the Novell days, but any real advantages of VBScript over Kixtart? Or should we just keep them in Kixtart? Any other suggestions? Thanks
