Hi,
I just need clarification about the process to detach and attach sites when doing a side by side migration from SMS 2003 to SCCM 2007.
All the technet articles I can find simply say detach and attach, can someone please give me mroe details steps on how this is accomplished?
do I need to add addresses to and from both sites then from the child set the parent to SCCM server on each child site?
or do you need to use Preinst to remove the child site then attach the child site to the new SCCM server?
are there any other considerations or configuration I need to perform while doing this?
