Hi everyone,

I am having an issue where the Mail flow monitor doesn't seam to work. I am getting the following errors:

Mailflow monitor (receiver) reported a problem
Warning: Mail flow message not received

The wierd things is, it was wokring and I haven't changed anything in the infrastructure. the mailboxes look good on each server. I am sure it is some configuration thing, but I just cannot seam to find it.

Try manually logging into the mailboxes using the mailbox log in account.  It's possible someone "monkeyed" with that account.

I'm having the same problem with sender though.  Microsoft was contacted and they said there is a bug. 

Is there a document that gives the steps to configure Ops Manager with the mailflow correctly?  I am thinking the monitoring team didn't configure this correctly.

Thanks Jason. It was a account issue. The Exchange connection account's password had expired.
