Hi All, I'm having a bit of issues with the health service agent. I have done a little test on my side regarding the Health Service Agent. I have stopped the agent on one of my not so critical servers. In the Agent Health State dashboard view I can see that the server is in critical state and the agent state is grayed out but I'm not receiving any notifications that the health service is unavailable or computer not reachable alert even when the server is switched off. What can be the problem? Any best practice available when installing agents on servers? By the way I'm running Ops Manager SP1 and the latest agents on my servers. All agents are configured to use the SYSTEM account. Cheers, Ruaan
