I have installed the Inventory Tool for Dell Updates on my Systems Management Server 2003 SP3 Central site server. The scans appear to be working on all models except the PE 2650. I receive the error in the ITDUScan.log: Inventory Collector Tool function failed. Hresult:0x800a3cac Error:ITDUScan.exe failed. I thought the issue might be that the version of invcol.exe I was using didn't work with PE 2650's. So, I tried the older original version of invcol.exe, now the scans complete successfully, but the ITDUScan.log shows System NOT found in the catalog Number of Matching components found:0 Number of Matching bundles found:0 Another issue I'm having is that under 'Software Updates' in the SMS console, the Dell patches are listed, but they all show 0 for requested and compliant.The scans ran fine on my PE 6650's. The ITDUScan.log on the 6650's show: System found in the catalog Number of Matching components found:15 Number of Matching bundles found:12 Any ideas on how to get this working? Thanks!
