What's the best plan for upgrading SCCM2007 to SP1? I have a small site (1 primary site server) so i'm not too worried, but I figured I'd hit you guys up for advice.
What is the risk level with this?

Should I just wing it, or backup site, virtual server, and database, or somewhere in between?

Am I correct in assuming that I should upgrade the server first, then push the upgrade to the clients?

Any other experiences to offer?

At a minimum take an SMS Backup just prior, and save those files off somewhere safe.
Yes, Server first, then clients.
You should run the /testdbupgrade against a restored copy of your SMS database on a different (test) database server before you upgrade.
Otherwise, run through the prereq checks anytime; and just see if you need to plan for anything else according to the prereqs.
