Can you run any of these tasks listed in here manually? if so how and where?

Well, they're stored procedures that you COULD run if you knew what you're doing and what parameters to run.

sp_ClearUndiscoveredClients
sp_DeleteAgedSCRMData
sp_DeleteAgedStatusMessages
sp_DeleteOldMeterData
sp_DeleteOldMeterSummary
sp_DeleteOrphanedSINVInfo

etc...but your safest, most supported method to running them manually is to just change the schedule temporarily to now until they kick off and then put them back.
