I upgraded my central primary to ConfigMgr 2007 SP1 but have not yet upgraded my clients.  I am trying to test Software update deployments to the SMS 2003 clients.  Any update template that I create and enable deployment to SMS 2003 clients gives a message that "WSUS updates cannot be deployed due to SMS 2003 restriction"
I have made sure that the SCCM version of ITMU is installed, but I continue to get the message.

Just as an FYI, this appears to have been resolbved with the installation of KB954474 on the site server
