2003 AD single forest, single domain with, er, [:'(] not so great organization of AD / GPO structure is moving to a completely overhauled AD/GPO structure. As a point of discussion, does anyone have any recommendations, or best practices? We're discussing the two options of standing up a new DC with all the updates on this server, and having it replicate throughout, overwriting the old stuff OR using an existing DC, and making all the changes live, again, having it replicate.
What say you? Any expertise in this particular area?
