Hi Everyone,

I've downloaded and installed the latest version (1.7) of the SCCM right click tools and nothing is working. Whether installed on the site server (x64 OS) or a Vista workstation were the console resides, nothing works. I receive no errors, just nothing.

Am I missing something? Is there an instruction set that I'm missing? Perhaps prerequisites?

Any help is greatly appreciated.

ive got 1.7 installed without any issues. you cant go wrong with the install you only have to point to the primary site server & enter the site 3 digit name. i didnt have to do anything else other than mods I wanted.

Well I'm glad to hear it's working for you.

I did however enter in my sitecode, pri server, MP, however it is not working.

So any more feedback would be great.

Maybe it has something to due with the install folder.  The vbscript files are copied to c:\windows\system32\

as matt said check for VBscripts.

one is called install.vbs which is executed when you right click to install the SCCm client. If this exists in the path above you may have another problem. I presume you get the right click options but nothing executes. Have you tried logs etc all of the right click options?

I've resolved the issue. Seeing as we're running 64bit OS's on our site servers as well as our admin stations, the path is incorrect in order for the tools to work. Although not ideal, I added %systemroot%\syswow64 to the path and now all the tools work.
