Fguillot -> SMS WSUS Sync Errors (7/11/2008 11:13:10 AM)

I get the following errors when I try to sync my WSUS server from my SCCM server. The strange thing is that I was able to sync the first time it was setup, but then it was not able to sync again this morning. Below is the error message:
Sync failed: UssCommunicationError: WebException: Unable to connect to the remote server ---> System.Net.Sockets.SocketException: No connection could be made because the target machine actively refused it 207.46.211.124:443~~at System.Net.HttpWebRequest.GetRequestStream(). Source: Microsoft.SystemsManagementServer.SoftwareUpdatesManagement.WSyncAction.WSyncAction.SyncWSUS
