I have an error in my SCCM. Any Idea? Thanks

SMS Site Component Manager could not access site system "\\SQLSERVER The operating system reported error 2147942464: The specified network name is no longer available.
Possible cause: The site system is turned off, not connected to the network, or not functioning properly.
Solution: Verify that the site system is turned on, connected to the network, and functioning properly.
Possible cause: SMS Site Component Manager does not have sufficient access rights to connect to the site system.
Solution: Verify that the Site Server's computer$ account has administrator rights on the remote site system.
Possible cause: Network problems are preventing SMS Site Component Manager from connecting to the site system.
Solution: Investigate and correct any problems on your network.
Possible cause: You took the site system out of service and do not intend on using it as a site system any more.
Solution: Remove this site system from the list of site systems for this site. The list appears in the Site Systems node of the Administrator console.

Is the machine named "SQLSERVER" up and running?
Is that your Primary Central Site Database Server?

Yes, I change the name in the posts, the name is ok.
Yes is my primary database server, and is running.
My SQL is a cluster, and all days i have 2 error, one for each node of my SQL.
My Primary Site Server is a Windows Server 2008.
The Cluster Windows Server 2003.

Is your SCCM Site Server machine account an administrator of your SQL server?

Yes, is administrator of both nodes.
Any Idea?

I am looking for a solution as well...
Our SMS server is not talking to our DP's
we get the same
SMS Site Status Manager could not access site system "\\DISTRIBUTION The operating system reported error 2147942464: The specified network name is no longer available.
error message

I am currently unable to deploy packages to 15 out of 18 DP's... any ideas why 3 are still functioning but the other 15 disappeared?
The shares exist...
