I have a few workstation that i have tested the SMS push of XP Sp3 to that get a "Change Time Zone Operation Failed" Error box that pop up after every reboot. I upgrade Office to SP3 since the only common link between them was Outlook Sp2 build but that didn ot solve the issue. any ideas of a fix out ther or what the issue is?
