Can anyone assist in modifing this mof change to also provide the SQL instance names of 64bit installations?

Are you saying it doesn't pull back instances on 64 bit SQL?  I just checked on my server 08 x64, with sql2005 x64, and that WMI location showed the instance.  I only have one on this box... but it was there.

On the server w/SQL 64; if you go to
start, run   wbemtest
Connect
type in    root\Microsoft\SqlServer\ComputerManagement
hit connect
hit Enum Classes... leave the field blank, change the radio button to Recursive & hit OK
Wait a few seconds...
scroll down to "ServerSettings" & doubleclick it.
hit Instances
That should be your sql instance names.  It's not correct?

It's there, which means than the problem lays within my Report query.
