I am facing issue while installing KB954606 on SQL server 2005 SP2 and it says failed to sart Reporting Services after the patch installation. Summary logs are below

After this Reporting services could not be started anymore and give following error while trying to start manually
Could not start SQL Server Reporting Service on Local Computer.
Error 1053: The service did not respond to the start or control request in a timely fashion.
Anybody faced similar issues with this Security Update?
