For each SNMP device that I am monitoring with Operations Manager, I see this in the event viewer of my RMS Server:

Event Source: Health Service Modules
Event Category: None
Event ID: 11001
Date: 8/10/2008
Time: 9:24:52
User: N/A
Computer: SERVERNAME
Description:
Error sending an SNMP GET message to IP Address 10.x.x.x, Community String:=, Status 0.
