1) If you have any custom reports, export them.
2) Uninstall MOM Reporting. This will not delete the SystemCenterReporting
DB.
3) Detach the SystemCenterReporting DB using SQL Enterprise manager.
4) Install MOM Reporting on the new machine
5) Detach the SystemCenterReporting DB on the new machine, replace the DB file with the old file you detached in step 3. That way you keep your old
data.
6) Import the reports for your existing MP' s using the MP Import wizard in
the MOM Admin Console.
7) Import your custom reports
8) Setup the SQL Reporting Services permissions to allow users to browse the new reports

Thanks Pete - I' d like to retain MOM reporting services on the old server until such time that the new sever is totally functioning. Is that possible? Can I have two active MOM reporting servers? On the same note, is there a regkey that tell the management server where the reporting server is? in a dual reporting server confifuration if I re-import the MP reports how will it know where to deploy the report definition files?

You could also backup and restore the ReportServer DB to recover the reports.

ok... Im getting a desparate here. I removed the MOM reporting services componenent from my old MOM 2005 server. MOM reporting services is now installed on a dedicated sql server server. When I click on the reporting console link in the MOM administrator console it still takes me to the old server. I reimported the MP reports and none of them show up if I navigate to the new server. Any ideas?

I finally fixed this. Two entries in the ReportingSettings. I remved the row with the old server and now the console points to the new reporting server. It would be nice if MS posts the mom db schema.
