I advertized several package from Central site 001 to one primary site 011.
It usually takes only couples of minutes for Central site 001 to collect status  because they are on same subnet.
But this time 1 day passed while those data have not been collected from primary site 011.
I checked advertisement status on primary site, everything goes fine, but on central site no status displayed.
Any idea? Thanks a lot.

Do you have any error messages in your primary site that the central site cannot be accessed? An issue of permissions, DNS resolution or similar?
Use the preinst.exe with the sync command to force the synchronization of the data.
