Software updates (COnfignoobie)

We've got SUP running. Updates download regularly from MS without a problem. I've created a Software update group for my Win7 and office products. I've done a test deploy, all is working as foreseen.

Now, I'd LIKE to automate the update of my Win7/Office update group on a monthly basis without creating an Automatic deployment. I can recreate it, and have it update, but once I create the group, it wont autoupdate. I'd like to use that group every month if I can, and then review new updates manually prior to deployment.

Is there a way to set an update group to automagically update on a regular basis? Say once a week or month?
