Ah. this is a boundary question! Yes, if you set your Boundaries at both the primary and the Secondary site to be the exact same ADSite name, it will create the condition of "overlapping boundaries", which will cause massive confusion on any clients which are within that ADSite boundary. The fix is to not use ADSites at all, and only IP Subnets, or to have a AD Site defined for the IP Subnets in the Secondary Site location (which means an additional Domain Controller server), and you remove the IP subnets from the other AD Site.
