We are trying to find all servers in our environment that have duplex settings set to "100 Mb Full". Looking at the SMS-DEF.MOF, I don't see this property under "Network Adapters or Network Adapter Configuration".

Maybe i am not enabling the right property (setting reporting to "True"), or maybe I have to create a new class?

Can anyone help?

Boy, unless something's changed in the last year, you can't really get the duplex settings except by each NIC vendors custom WMI provider or some vendors put it in the registry.

Now link speed I believe is available through WMI using MSNDIS_LinkSpeed . So if you are good with the mof or if Sherry is feeling generous, then you can get it from there.

There is a Monster MOF extension that does this. I've tested it in the lab and it seems to work (though my test boxes are pretty homogenous).

Check out the "Individual SMS 2003 Monster MOF Classes" and look for the "SpeedDuplex.mof".
