Dell Client Integration Pack (DCIP) - multiple records returned for asset.

Hi, I am reviewing the Dell Client Integration Pack (DCIP). I noticed that for my test client, when I execute the utility to return warranty info from Dell, 4 records are returned instead of the expected 2 (one for Onsite Next Bus. Day & one for ProSupport). 2 of the records appear to be duplicates. Is there anyone out there who has experience with this utility & could tell me whether it's expected behavior/why this may be happening? Thanks! Curt

Yes, I know this is an old post, I’m trying to clean up older posts that are unanswered. Did you ever figure this out? BTW the better place to get an answer for this is the Dell TechCenter.
