Forefront 2010 (with SCCM 2007) Remove Client from Deployement Pending Collection

Hi, There was an error at our site and some servers that havn't been approved yet for FEP 2010 were targeted to receive it. We caught this and it didn't get rolled out, the underlying query was adjusted just to push FEP to the proper clients. The problem is that the servers are still listed in the locked FEP collection "Deployement Pending". I would like to have these clients removed from this collection but I don't know how to do it - as I mentioned the query that was writen orignally in error (that brought the servers in to the FEP deployement) was re-written not to target the servers but they are still listed in the collection. Any ideas how to get them removed from this collection - I don't want FEP to get installed to them in error... Please let me know. Thanks Kevin

If your new query is correct & you have updated your collections then they should remove themselves. Either your query is wrong or you have not updated your collection. To remove them you can always right click them, manage collection membership & remove from collection. If your query is wrong though they will reapear.

You need to remove them from the collection in which you are pushing FEP to. Pending means it has the advertisment but is waiting on content.
