I try to remove the patch information from " Root\ccm\softwareupdates\UpdatesStore" but after run a "s oftware updates deployment evaluation cycle", this patch will go back. only one client PC got this problem, so I can't remove the patche from the deployment. my question was do we have any method to change a failed patch status to " Installed" , then the client will not get this patch applied. thank you very much :-)

If I understand the question correctly, which is that a client has failed to install a patch. Therefore the client is NOT compliant, and it did not successfully install that patch. With a clear failure, and a clear "client does not actually have this patch", then no, there is no way to trick the client into believing it is patched, when it is clearly not. If I misunderstood the problem, please explain it differently, and what problem you are trying to solve.
