I am looking at using DFS-r for our VDI/TS environment for users who are logging in from multiple locations to both physical and virtual systems. They all have assigned home drives in their local site and we create one at the site where the virtual exists. Nothing keeps them in sync. I am concerend a little about bandwidth consumption with DFR-s? How much of an impact will it have? I can not seem to put my finger on any articles other than ones that describe how to throttle.

Any other impact I should be aware of using DFR-s?

Have you communicated with a tech expert on this?
