System Center 2012 Licensing advice

We license through a microsoft campus agreement which is due soon for renewal. I could do with a little help on working our the correct licensing for SC 2012 for my new camus agreement. Currently SCCM & SCOM 2007 as VM's in a 5 host Vmotion enviroment. Do I need a SC 2012 Data Centre license for 1 SC 2012 VM install or one per HOST server to give mobility?
